How's the level coming along?

I'm still texturing this new area, it's taking a while, but I'm not in any hurry. I'm enjoying my level building like never before. I used to enjoy building gameplay, but I hated texturing, now I love texturing, it's amazing. I'll post an update once this area is finished.

That's this new area textured apart from the lava surface, next I'll build the gameplay, and then I'll finish the lava and put the lighting in.

This latest area is finished and ready for alpha testing. I'm going to finish the level first before testing it any further. Not far to go with this one.

So have you decided if this will be 1 level or more?

Oh it's definitely more than 1 level. I already have level 2 mapped out in my head. This editor is excellent.

Final area being textured. The level jump will be in the cave leading down to the next level.

Building and texturing and gameplay is finished. I will take a short break and then start with entertainment such as music, baddie fights and flybys, and then I'll start alpha testing.
