GMacs new game

I really love the new Tomb Raider Editor by Monty and his team. I had thought of retiring after Lara's Day Out, but once I'd downloaded the new Editor and spent a little time with it I soon fell in love with it. You can never go back to the TRLE or the NGLE after using this Editor, it's awesome. This is a new area I'm working on in the first level.

Nice!! Hey, did you know you can place ceiling trap doors anywhere you want now... No more placing them on a porthole... Try it and see, I read it some where... Might make for interesting gameplay movement.

You can place trapdoors anywhere? Oooo that does open up a few gameplay ideas. I'll check that out in the next area which I'll be starting tomorrow.

Does it work?

Give me a week or three, I've just started building a brand new area. The geometry will take a week or two, then there's the texturing, then I'll start thinking about the gameplay.

The level is getting big and it all still works effortlessly, no lagging, no nothing. I'm going to push this to see just how big you can actually make a level.

Yep, that's going to be a huge level..

I've started another huge area and the Editor is still working perfectly and the game plays just fine. I think I may run out of space before I run out of Editor.
